Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3+ years exp. required in technical support
  • Should have worked on 3rd party integrations in the past using APIs
  • Should have knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle DB, etc.
  • Should have used API testing like Postman, Swagger, etc.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Should be proactive & good at multitasking.
  • Should have used ticketing tools like JIRA, Fresh-desk etc.
  • HL7 experience is a plus
