Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Region - US)

 

Job Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to actively seek new business opportunities, lead a team of sales representatives & build strong relationships with potential customers. In this role, you will oversee the business development process, ensure the team meets sales targets, and provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition & profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Generate leads and contact potential prospects through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
    • Present company products to potential prospects & conduct product demonstrations.
    • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Manage client contracts and oversee deal closure.
    • Track sales performance metrics and ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor & support a team of Business Development Representatives.
    • Set performance goals, monitor team progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth handover to the account management team.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of more than 7 years in business development, sales, or a similar managerial role (Preferably is USA region).
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (Preferably IT Product SaaS company).
  • Strong experience in product presentation and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
