Job Summary

Member of Sales Ops team, Supporting India Sales/International Sales Ops activities like SIP administration, reporting and analytics, CRM and some key sales strategy related projects.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Active member of the Sales Operations Team
  • Act as the point of contact for India Sales Team for all requirements related to CRM and primarily responsible for adoption of CRM across India Sales Org
  • Understand the best practices and implementing the same if possible
  • Create and publish summary level dashboards and detailed reports to track key performance objectives and key Sales metrics both from Global BI and CRM Improve and automate the current activities as far as possible
  • Support in managing Sales incentive compensation programs, special incentives, policies, and administration of the same
  • Support the team in managing the market insight projects
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional team for implementing best practices for sales enablement/sales force effectiveness
  • Support business through initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding, and training support, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories
  • Understand the current processes and policies related to sales org, and work towards process improvements to make it efficient
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager to support the India/Middle East/USA business

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence /Sales Force Effectiveness/Analytics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills and fit with Excel. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • CRM / SAP /Power BI experience is preferred
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence solutions
  • High flexibility, independent and precise working style, highly efficient
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company's safety policy always
