About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Recruitment Intern to support our end-to-end hiring process. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical recruitment and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to identify and onboard top talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, networking platforms, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and organisational requirements.
• Use effective keyword and Boolean search strategies to improve resume search efficiency.
• Understand job specifications to ensure accurate candidate matching.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit, technical exposure and key responsibilities handled.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (HR / Technical / Managerial rounds).
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support in conducting reference and background verification checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in E2E recruitment & TA.
• Exposure to or interest in technical hiring is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Learning agility with a proactive and go getter attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
