About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Recruitment Intern to support our end-to-end hiring process. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical recruitment and an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to identify and onboard top talent.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, networking platforms, referrals and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and organisational requirements.
- Use effective keyword and Boolean search strategies to improve resume search efficiency.
- Understand job specifications to ensure accurate candidate matching.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit, technical exposure and key responsibilities handled.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (HR / Technical / Managerial rounds).
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Support in conducting reference and background verification checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in E2E recruitment & TA.
- Exposure to or interest in technical hiring is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Learning agility with a proactive and go getter attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
