Job Title: Instructional Designer – Digital Learning

Location: Pune - Hybrid/ Onsite

Role Mandate

This is a foundational L&D role responsible for building and operationalising CrelioHealth’s digital

learning ecosystem. The Instructional Designer will design scalable enablement programs that

drive product adoption, improve team performance, and enhance customer experience across

internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Own

1. L&D Strategy & Framework

 Establish a structured learning architecture aligned to business goals

 Define scalable onboarding and continuous enablement pathways

 Select and implement authoring tools and learning processes

2. Digital Learning Design & Development

 Design high-impact e-learning and blended programs

 Convert complex product workflows into structured, bite-sized learning

 Build interactive modules using Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) or a similar tool

 Apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies and adult learning principles

3. Product Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment

 Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership

 Translate product releases into structured training programs

 Reduce knowledge gaps across Sales, Implementation, and Support teams

4. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

 Establish quality, accessibility, and instructional standards

 Use learner feedback and business metrics to optimise training effectiveness

Skills & Competencies

- Deep understanding of instructional design models like ADDIE

- Strong expertise in Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)

- Advanced storyboard development skills

- Understanding of UX principles for digital learning platforms- Strong visual communication and storytelling ability

Background/ Education - 

- Bachelor’s degree required; Degree or formal certification in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
- Experience in SaaS, health-tech, edtech, or workforce skilling environments preferred
