Position: Product Lead / Senior Product Manager
Location: Pune (Preferred)
Experience: 8–15 Years
About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to own and drive strategic product areas that significantly impact customer adoption, retention, and overall business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, business understanding, and execution. You will collaborate closely with leadership, customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role goes beyond roadmap management. We are seeking someone who can identify opportunities, build conviction through customer and market insights, and translate that understanding into successful product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities -
- Own one or more strategic product areas end-to-end
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Customer Success teams
- Drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes
- Define product success metrics and monitor performance
- Present strategic recommendations and plans to leadership
- Identify and evaluate new growth and expansion opportunities
- Convert customer and market insights into actionable product initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills -
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience managing products from discovery through execution
- Strong customer discovery and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure where needed
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products
Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, Workflow Software, ERP, CRM, or Enterprise Products
- Experience launching new products or business lines
- Experience working closely with customer-facing teams such as Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation
- Experience evaluating market opportunities and preparing business cases
